There is also an outside dining area with table and chairs for 6 people and a barbeque, perfect for enjoying lazy evenings with friends and family. The private swimming pool(8mx4m) is perfect for cooling down during the hot summer months and has shallow steps at one end, ideal for small children. A sand pit is also provided.

The villa is only 15 mins from the local beach (La Barossa) which stretches for 6km and is hardly ever busy. It is ideal for families and sun worshippers alike - the area boasts approx 3000 hours of sunshine a year. The historical cities of Cadiz(30 mins) and Seville(90 mins) are easily accessible, as is Gibralter(90 mins), all are worth a visit to explore the narrow streets and old ports. The famous 'Pueblo Blancos' of Vejer and Arcos de la Frontera are also with 30 mins drive. Jerez is home to the Spanish sherry and brandy bodegas and tasting visits are easy to arrange. Puerto de Santa Maria has a modern marina where you can watch the millionaires on their yachts whilst relaxing over a cool drink. This is where Christopher Columbus set sail for the New World on a ship named after this port.
