The apartment was built in 2002.It is a ground floor apartment in an elevated position with stunning views of the sea and the mountains. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the many restaurants and shops of Mojacar Playa. The accomodation consists of two bedrooms - one twin & one double, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The twin room has doors leading to it's own terrace and the double bedroom has patio doors leading onto the main terrace.The apartment has one full bathroom and a seperate shower room with toilet. There is a good size lounge/diner with a ceiling fan and it is comfortably furnished with two setees, dining table and chairs, radio/cassette/CD player, satelite television recieving all BBC channels. From the lounge there are patio doors leading to the large terrace which has one of the best views in Mojacar.furnished with table/umbrella and 4 reclining chairs The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob,washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large communal pool a short walk away. All towels and linen provided except beach towels.

Almeria is the nearest airport, a 50 minute drive away. Murcia is 1 hour 50 minutes and Alicante is a 2 hour drive away. Mojacar can be reached by using the E15 from all the airports until the signs for Mojacar are seen.
