For those looking to cool down a little there is a large communal pool area just 100 yards away. Situated in it's own grounds, the accommodation briefly comprises a double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining area and external utility room. All bedrooms have integral wardrobes providing ample storage space. The sofa bed in the lounge caters for two additional occupants. Cooling ceiling fans are provided throughout the living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker and fridge freezer. The lounge/dining area is beautifully furnished using traditional Canarian-style furniture providing a relaxing space to watch televison/DVD's or listen to the music centre. The double doors from the lounge open onto the large patio area - a perfect place to relax on the sunloungers provided or enjoy the patio table and chairs. The property has it's own private entrance with intercom, leading to the secure driveway.
