Located on a lane above the San Carlos road, yet only 3 mins by car to town centre, luxury marina and the coast. There are beautiful, enclosed gardens surrounding the house (2000m2,½ acre). Both house and gardens are secure and safe for young children. Accommodation is on one level. 3 bedrooms: 1 king size, 1 large double, 1 single, bathroom, large lounge with large L-Sofa, fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining room (seats 12) and separate utility room. Air-Con is available. TV/Sat, DVD and music system. The house is decorated with pictures and tapestries in every room, with caring touches and feels really homely. Several terraces from which to enjoy either the BBQ seating or sunbathing areas outside the lounge looking on to the gardens. There is table tennis, basketball, badminton and volleyball. Adult & children's board games & books. There is a small pool. A truly relaxing, peaceful environment.

Sta Eulalia is a pretty little family oriented town with many local and tourist shops, boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, hospital, large indoor market, town hall, promenade, plaza and hippy stalls. There are many stunning restaurants throughout the town, especially in the marina and beach promenade areas and the infamous 'Street of the Restaurants' - in Calle San Vicente. The church, Puig de Missa, is a 14th century, architectural landmark, which lies on top of the hill overlooking the town and sea. At night, the hill & the church are lit up from the sides of the hill making the approach into Santa Eulalia from Ibiza very special at night. Sta Eulalia also boasts a large, luxury marina, sports harbour and its own beach (5 mins), and the beautiful neighbouring beaches of Niu Blau, Saragamassa, Cala Pada are just 5 minutes by car.
