There is a path with no steps from the communal entrance to the apartment building making it suitable for wheelchairs. It has air conditioning and heating, and is available all year round due to wonderful climate and all year golfing. Master bedroom is double with dressing area and en-suite, and there are two further twin-bedded rooms and another bathroom. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped, the apartment also has modern fitted kitchen with diswasher, full oven and hob, American style fridge with ice machine, and separate laundry area with washing machine. There is a large living room and dining area seating 6, and balcony overlooking the fountains, gardens and golf. There is a large communal pool in the gardens with lifeguard, and the long sandy beach is just 5 minutes away. The apartment also has private underground parking with remote entry system.

Also with nearby bustling Torre del Mar just 5 minutes drive away for more shops, bars, banks and restaurants you get the best of both worlds. Malaga city is within a half hour drive for a touch of history, culture, flamenco bars and excellent shopping. The popular town of Nerja is just 10 minutes by car further Eastwards along the coast.

The property is ideally and tranquilly situated on the Baviera Golf urbanization; surrounded by golf fairways and the communal gardens, it's just lovely. It's a peaceful haven, with the small fishing town of Caleta just 10 minute's stroll. Caleta is relatively quiet too, but has several superb restaurants, a beautiful marina, and a long sandy beach stretching away towards Torre del Mar. There are a few shops for essentials in Caleta, including a lovely bakery, and there is a large shopping centre only a 5 minute drive from the apartment, with a waterpark opposite which is open for the Summer months.
