Tastefully furnished and decorated two bedroomed house with plenty of patio areas for sunbathing and eating outside. First floor comprises two double bedrooms, main bedroom to the front of the property with doors leading to balcony area. A perfect sun trap from mid afternoon! Double bedroom to the rear with twin beds. Bathroom/shower, wc. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Ground floor comprises large lounge/diner two sofas (one sofa bed), CD/DVD player TV, coffee table, dining table with seating for 4. Fully equipped American style kitchen includes fridge-freezer, microwave grill/oven and hob, washing machine. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available for use. Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels)

Our house is in a quiet urbanisation within walking distance to shops, banks, restaurants and bars. A short drive (approx. 2 miles) to Villamartin Golf Course and Plaza. The Villamartin Plaza has a number of bars and a number of restaurants offering Indian, Chinese, Hungarian and English cuisine. The lively town of Torrevieja is approximately 20 minutes drive away where again you will be spoilt for choice with the variety of cafes and restaurants and of course traditional Spanish Tapas bars, a little further away but well worth a visit is Alicante, also great for tapas bars all very reasonably priced. Our communal swimming pool is a short walk from the house and is shared only with 7 other houses.

Local Activities around Villa in Torrevieja
Supermarkets, banks, shops, bars and restaurants are all with 5 minutes walk from the villa. Beautiful blue flag beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig both only 10 minutes by car. Exploring further afield is worthwhile because there are so many nice beaches along the coast you'll be spoilt for choice. Most beach bars serve hot and cold snacks. Sunbeds and parasols can be rented on the beach. Easter season in Torrevieja is very lively for procession and festivities which go on for about 3 days! Local markets every day - in Torrevieja on Friday and Saturday. Visit the old towns of Orihuela and Murcia, where you will find some beautiful architecture. For the more adventurous drive to the mountain town of Lorca. Approx 2 hours drive but well worth it. For golf lovers there are three golf courses namely Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
