The Villa was completed in 2003 and is equipped with all the luxuries you require and is arranged on 2 levels. Upstairs comprises of a large sitting room and dining room, American style kitchen with 'Touch Top' hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms (Double and 3 singles) and a large shower room. Through sliding glass doors there is an attractive covered terrace area with dining table and chairs for 6, with stairs leading down onto the pool level. An internal staircase leads downstairs to a living area/Bedroom 3 with a full-size sofa/bed. There is a large shower room off this flexible living space, and patio door which leads directly onto the pool terrace. Outside there is a large area for sunbathing situated around a rectangular pool (8x4 Meters) with Roman Steps to enter. Additionally, the pool is floodlit for night use. There is also an external shower with hot and cold water and a poolside toilet with wash hand basin. The poolside area has its own dininig table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable gas BBQ. From the terrace there are further steps down to the lower garden which leads to the utility room with washing machine and rotary dryer. There is a safe for locking away your valuables.

In an excellent location facing the Bernia mountains and Montgo, on a hillside near the traditional village of Benitachell, with absolutely stunning views to the south and west, you can witness the most beautiful scenery and magnificent sunsets. With views of the sea to the north you are only 10 mins drive from the lovely town of Javea and its safe beach. The same distance to the south lies the exquisite town of Moraira with 2 beaches and a lovely yacht marina and a plethora of resturantes and street cafes. Approximately 20 mins drive inland takes you into the beautifaul Jalon and Orba valleys. The Jalon region is internationally renowned for the production of excellent table wines. Further to the south (30 mins drive)is well known resort of Benidorm. With so many facilities, Benidorn, now a cultured area with a natural mix of old and new, has a great deal to offer in entertainment. 'Aqualandia' waterpark, Benidorm Palance for the best Caberet Shows in Europe and 'Terra Mitica' Spain's worthy adverary to Disneyland Paris.

Local Activities around Villa in Benitachell - Moraira

The Villa sits within a small and very private group of properties that are all new, detached and with their own pools. Some are occupied by the lucky ones who live there the whole year round and the rest of us just wish we could! The villa for us is a family home and is decorated and equipped to that standard. Although it is rented, it is not a 'rental property'. You will find it quiet, even at the hight of the season, and there is little passing traffic to disturb you. You can however, find a more lively atmosphere nearby in the local towns. Benitachell itself remains quiet and traditional, apart from the festivals when they let off just as many fireworks as the other towns. There are lots of excellent resturants to choose from, from the traditional spanish, to indian, chinese, pasta/pizza even an english carvery for €7 head (Does a good trade and its less hassle than doing the dishes). There are some classy resturants as well especially near the marina in Moraira.

Getting to this Villa in Benitachell - Moraira

The Villa is situated equidistant between two major airports. Valencia 1 hour to the north and Alicante 1 hour to the south. The area is well served by an excellent motorway that follows the coast. However, if you wish to drive Barcelona is an option (4 Hrs) so is Madrid (4Hrs) Barcelona REUS is a little closer at (3.5 Hrs) and finally Murcia (2 Hrs). It is possible to drive from U.K. appox 1000 miles from Calais. If you are thinking of this option and you haven't done it before please telephone if you have any questions. Once you have booked I will send you extensive and explict instructions how to find the property once you leave the A7 [E15] Motorway/autoroute at Junction 63 you are only 6kms away.
