Ca'n Cassie is a modern Duplex (Apartment on 3 floors) on a small new Development and is well equipped and tastefully furnished to a high standard. On the Ground Floor, a small Hallway leads into an open-plan Lounge/Dining Room with Patio doors leading to communal gardens. There is a WC with washbasin and a rear door leading to a BBQ Patio area with table/4 chairs. The fully equipped Kitchen contains a breakfast table/4 chairs and sliding doors also leading to the rear Patio. On the First Floor are 3 bedrooms, 1 Double with en-suite containing Bath with Jacuzzi, Shower, Washbasin, WC & Bidet, 1 Twin and 1 Single Bedroom. All the bedrooms have fully-fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space and shelves. The Single Bedroom has its' own small balcony and the main bathroom contains Bath, Shower, Washbasin, WC and Bidet. The Duplex is also fully equipped with Air Conditioning and Central Heating. There is a Roof Terrace with loungers for sunbathing. Outside are communal gardens with a swimming pool in a separate walled area and an underground Car Park with an allocated parking space. There is a selection of Videos, DVDs, CDs and Books available for all ages. Complimentary Welcome Food Pack and mid-stay cleaning (14 days or more). A 'Tips for your Holiday' Brochure is available in the Duplex to help you make the most of your stay both at Ca'n Cassie and in Menorca. Bookings are normally from Friday to Friday although there is some flexibility dependant upon availability, Flight Schedules and time of year. Long-term rentals are also welcome.

Sant Lluis is a pretty whitewashed little Town located in the South East of the Island and is ideally situated for sampling some of Menorca's best Beaches, of which there are over 100 to choose from, as well as exploring the entire Island with its many attractions. Mahon, the Capital, with its excellent shops, markets, historic buildings and lively Port is only 4.5km away and the nearest beach approximately 4km. Ca'n Cassie makes an ideal base from which to explore the Island of Menorca.

Sant Lluis is well served with a wide variety of local shops including Bakeries, Butchers, Shoe and clothes shops, Florist and English newspapers can be bought. There are also Banks, a Post Office, Chemist and Petrol Station/Convenience Store as well as a nearby Hypermarket. There is a good selection of quality restaurants, cafes and tapas bars serving a variety of food. The Town still proudly displays some of its' French origins and military history with its' most noticeable landmark, a decoratively painted blue and white Windmill, still in working order and which houses a Folk Museum. Sant Lluis has its' own traditional Fiesta at the end of August.
