A 2 bedroom second (top) floor apartment with own private roof garden (solarium) with uninterrupted sea views, watch the boats etc from the spacious balcony, lounge & one of the bedrooms, apartment also overlooks swimming pool, adjacent prom/blue flag beach/harbour. 15- 20 mins walk into Torrevieja Town/Marina & daily craft market, you can walk along the beach or take the road. Many restaurants/bars - many cuisines including English on the door step. There is also a swimming/tennis complex (in season) nearby this also has a restaurant & live music some evenings. Internal staircase (2 flights of stairs) - lounge has bedsettee with single bed under, dresser, t.v with 30 channels this includes Ski Sports 1,2,& 3 and several radio stations, views over the pool & the sea. Main bedroom with double bed, full length fitted wardrobe, chairs, bedside cabinets, palm tree view, twin bedded room large wardrobe, views over the pool & to the sea, kitchen with washing machine, f/freezer, ceramic hob, oven/grill, toaster, iron/board etc, window with view of the palm trees. Fans and heaters are also supplied - just bring beach towels. This flat was chosen by us for its sunny position especially winter sun.

Torrevieja is situated mid-way between two international airports at the southern end of Torrevieja. 15-20 mins walk from town centre. Alicante airport is a 30-35 minute drive south - Murcia airport is 30 minute drive north to Torrevieja. This area has everything you need - bars - restaurants - tapas - warm sea - swimming pool & friendly atmosphere - excellent bus service.

Local Activities around Apartment in TORREVIEJA

This is so close to the beach and it forms a major part in activities, i.e. there is a daily keep fit session, volley ball, triathlon, yatch & rowing regattas, pedalos etc. The harbour plays its part with boat trips to Tabarca a small nearby natural sea reserve island (swim with octopus) There are fishing trips and daily fish market. I counted 16 local bars/tapas/Spanish/Mexican/Indian/Chinese/Italian & English) all within 10 mins stroll, some have live music. In season there is a swimming/tennis/mini-golf/restaurant nearby. Town Promenade buzzes with activity with many restaurants from specialities to burger bars, this is where the Craft Market is open all day every day. Torrevieja Market is fridays, all the local urbanisations have their own days. Take a bus (very cheap and reliable and run well into the night) to San Pedro, Santa Pola, Alicante or even Benidorm. Championship golf courses, bowls, bowling, salsa dancing are all close by. As our family have the two, 2 bedroom apartments one above the other we can cater for families. This is a superb area near to town- but just far enough to retain some tranquility. This apartment is newly aquired, now with sunbeds-patio furniture on roof garden.

Getting to this Apartment in TORREVIEJA

Both Alicante & Murcia Airports are a 30- 35 minute drive away, pickups can be arranged 35 Euros each way (just less than £50). Take the N332 coming off at Torrevieja Sur signpost then take road Naufragos Playa signpost for just 2-3 minutes. Map can be sent, pick up arranged 70 Euros return (just less than £50.)
