A privately owned, large 1 bedroom apartment, which has been totally refurbished and redecorated throughout, set in the exclusive area of Oasis del Sur Village at the back of the Los Cristianos resort with spectacular panoramic views down over the harbour and town centre, with the benefit of an on-site supermarket close to hand and a number of excellent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Los Diamantes is a low rise complex of apartments with 3 communal swimming pools and sunbathing terraces. Level 2 also has a large friendly pool side bar serving snacks and hot food throughout the day. The apartment is equipped for self-catering with an open plan kitchen, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is satellite TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV, Sky Sports and Movies. The large twin bedroom has fitted wardrobe and a safe deposit box. The luxury bathroom has a large walk-in shower unit. The large balcony has a patio dining table and 4 chairs.

Los Diamantes is situated in the exclusive area of Oasis del Sur village in an elevated position overlooking the resort of Los Cristianos. Due to the staircase to our first floor apartment it is unsuitable for wheelchair access and or for persons with walking difficulties. Los Diamantes is a beautiful established complex overlooking Los Cristianos town. It is particularly suited to those seeking a relaxing holiday based in a quiet area but with the added advantage of being only a short taxi ride to the excellent night life in the nearby resorts. The Los Diamantes is a small low rise complex of apartments, far enough away from the town centre so as not to suffer from late night noise, but is only a steady 10-15 minutes walk away from an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in Los Cristianos town centre and along the 5 mile promenade on the beach front.

Dolphin watching and other excursions are available to book in town. There is for Summer 2004 a new local public park area available within 5 minutes walk of the apartment, with a new swimming pool, jacuzzis, sunbeds, and a new pool bar and restaurant. There are plenty of places to visit & things to do in Tenerife: There are incredible views and lunar landscapes at the TEIDE VOLCONO AND TEIDE NATIONAL PARK. LORO PARK (Puerto de la Cruz)is a tropical paradise with dolphin, sea lion & parrot shows, sharks & sea creatures etc: AQUAPARK is a waterpark nearby in Las Americas with slides, tubes, pools & dolphin shows; the ECOLOGICAL PARK (Las Aguilas Jungle Park) has tropical gardens, tigers, crocodiles, wildlife, 'birds of prey' shows etc; Tourists can alternatively take a boat trip to sight see whales and dolphins or a submarine/glass bottom catarmaran trip /or perhaps learn how to sail or scubadive! At nighttime there are several dinner shows to chose from such as the Medieval Night Dinner show or Flamenco Ballet as well as countless restaurants which cater for all tastes. Transfer from the Sofia Riena Tenerife Sur Airport is by local taxi and takes approx 15 minutes. A full information pack will be posted to you 14 days prior to departure and all transfer and location details are included. An experienced Tenerife based English management agency fully maintains and services the apartment. Full details of the Terms and Conditions will be provided with the Booking Forms. A £100 per week deposit is payable to secure all bookings, with the full balance due no later than 8 weeks before departure. Full payment is required for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure. We will hold availability for 48 hours on request to allow flights to be booked. Please Note; it is advisable to avoid early hours arrivals or late departures due to the access times for the apartment as detailed below. Bookings are normally taken Friday to Friday, we will try to be flexible regarding access to the apartments on arrival and departure, but where we have concurrent bookings normal check in time is no earlier than 2.00pm and latest departure on check out is 10.00am. All clients must arrange their own travel and health insurance in advance prior to departure. Singles Groups: No bookings will be taken for singles groups and access to the apartment will not be allowed by the site management. Named Responsible Adult: A named responsible adult over the age of 21 must be declared on the booking form. Welcome Pack: A small welcome pack will be provided to include bottled water, milk and tea, etc. Additional items can be provided for special occassions i.e. Flowers, Champagne, etc. at an additional cost payable locally to the site management.
