Villa Zoe is a privately owned property,with its own heated swimming pool ( 8m x 3m),(the area is enclosed by a wall for privacy)and well maintained gardens, it has a covered patio area with barbecue and outdoor furniture.There is a seperate utility room, with a washing machine and drying area. Indoors:- The villa has 2 bedrooms,0ne with a double bed, and an en suite bathroom. ,The other bedroom has 2 single beds, bathroom (2) is situated next to this bedroom.Cots can be arranged on request at a fee of £10.00 per week. The fitted kitchen area has all modern facilities,with seating for 4 (stools) and a breakfast bar The lounge area has seating for 4 (two setees,) a television with digital satelite (the package is _BBC prime) dvd,player, and a video recorder, with a selection of discs and tapes. Towels are provided,for the villa and there is a maid service twice weekly The villa is available from 4 pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on your departure. Luggage can be placed in the utility room if you arrive on an early flight or depart on a late flight.Please leave key to utility in villa when finished with.

Local Activities around Villa in Puerto del Carmen
The villa is located on Calle Hungria a quiet area of Pocollos,but within easy walking distance to all amenities.The beach, shops,bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away.and for the more energetic there is a lovely promenade walk which will take you all the way to Arrecife. A 5 minute taxi ride will take you to the old town of Puerto del Carmen,where you can watch the locals play boule on the square, or why not visit one of the many fish restuarants. Further along the coast you will come to Puerto Callero,with its lovely harbour worth a visit An unforgetable visit would be to Fire mountain where the volcano is still active.Look out for the camel rides also in the area.( 30 minutes car ride) For the more enegetic take a visit to La Santa a sporting complex (30 minutes car ride) Because Lanzarote is a fairly small island local attractions are only short distances from the villa.
