Our third floor apartment was completed in June 2003.The apartment complex stands in an elevated position with stunning views over the sea. Facilities include fully enclosed and landscaped gardens with barbecue, children's’ play area & 3 floodlight tennis courts making it an ideal family location. The three level swimming pool for residents only looks out over the mediterranean sea.It has a large jacuzzi,waterside seats to an inset pool bar and complimented by central palm trees.The apartment has two bedrooms one double, one single, a luxury bathroom and separate fully fitted kitchen equipped with microwave and fridge/freezer cooker and hob. The spacious lounge with dining area, leads onto a large fully furnished balcony ideal for dining al-fresco and sun bathing. Leading from the kitchen there is a utility area complete with washing machine and laundry facilities. Underground secure car parking is also available. Inside the building are three lifts. The nearest beautiful beaches and coves are only 500 metres(5 mins walk) away.

Cabo Roig is a municipal district of Orihuela, which is a town in the province of Alicante. The beautiful beaches and coves is only a short walk away. Cabo Roig (Red Cape) has an exciting mixture of beautiful sandy beaches, (awarded the Blue Flag in 2002) some in cove settings with many leisure activities and beach bars. You can walk around the coastline of Cabo Roig on a pathway that passes the beaches, areas of rocks and the secluded marina. Above the marina is a bar and restaurant with wonderful views across the sea to La Manga. Playa de Campoamor has lovely flat and safe beaches ideal for families with children. Guardamar is well worth a visit to see the long stretch of sand dunes and palm trees. Torrevieja's climate is dry and equable throughout the year with 360 days of sun and an average temperature of 18C. Among its welcoming and attractive features are the magnificent beaches of fine sand, squares, walks, parks, gardens and natural beauty spots and historical monuments. Sports and Leisure In the area there are many sporting and leisure activities. Located within a 10 minute drive are three championship courses, Villamartin,Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
