The accommodation consists of a comfortable sitting/dining area and is furnished to a high standard with sofa bed, satellite TV, video, CD player, iron, ironing board, electric fan, safe, smoke alarm, table with 4 chairs, pine coffee table and sideboard. French windows lead onto a bright and sunny furnished balcony overlooking the pool which has a separate children’s pool. Sun loungers/chairs are provided for your enjoyment. A travel cot can be supplied for a small supplement. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and are furnished to a high standard. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with over shower, bidet, toilet and sink The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped to meet all your needs during your stay. Included are gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. At time of booking, a non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental price is payable. The balance will become due 6 weeks prior to departure date. Unfortunately credit card bookings cannot be accepted.

The beautiful blue flag beach of La Zenia is just a 10 minute walk away and the three golf courses of Villamartin, Compoamor and Las Ramblas are a 5 minute drive from the complex. There are numerous other beaches and marinas located from Alicante to La Manga offering opportunities for all types of water sport activities such as windsurfing, yachting, snorkelling, diving and fishing trips. The bustling town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away. Here you will find a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, an attractive sea front area, marina and nightly market stalls. A short stroll from the apartment takes you to the Orihuela Costa Resort Complex with Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, squash, bowling, gym, restaurant and bar. Nearby you will also find horse riding and go-karts.

The nearest airport is Murcia which is just a 20 minute car ride from the apartment. Alicante has a larger choice of flights however and is just 45 minutes by car from the apartment. From the airports the apartment can be reached by taxi or by car hire from the airport or we can arrange someone to meet you on arrival at the airport and take you by car direct to the apartment which works out cheaper than the airport taxis. If hiring a car we can send you written instructions on how to get to the apartment.
