These are 2 bed, and 2 bath luxury apartments/houses on a secure urbanisation opposite a new commercial centre in Playa Flamenca. they all have there own private terrace, and the urbanisation is lucky to have 2 pools with surrounding gardens. They are all fully furnished with American style kitchens, and marble floor throughout (so watch those glasses). They are all different in furnishing, as they are owned by different people who wish to make an income through renting. Some have Sky/TV DVD player and radio. Although they dont all have these. They can sleep up to 6 persons, some having a bedsette. All linen is included as is a midweek clean (change of linen/towels) if the holiday is for more than 1 week. There are lifts to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. With a roof terrace for those who want to sunbathe all day.

We are 50km from Alicante Airport and 20km from Murcia. We are 1 hour and 30mins drive from Benidorm which easy to get to on the motorway, with Benidorm Palace giving you a great night out. We have many areas of interest from Mountains, to Beaches, to local Fiestas, and Markets. We are 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja and not far from the Mar Menor, with Many large beaches including the Mud Baths. We have Casino's, Cinemas and many Restaurants, including some Spanish. You will find that in the Summer months we have bars on the beaches where people stay until early hours of the morning and just watch the waves, and listen to the music playing. We are close to all amenities including Supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. We have many Banks within easy walking distance where you can change your money. If you are feeling energetic there is always Maxis Gym, which is Air Conditioned.

We have a large variety of Restaurants, from Chinese, to Indian, to the good old British Pub, with pub lunches to suit your pocket. We also have a good choice of Spanish Restaurants, where you can be entertained with Flamenco Dancers. We are very close to Torrevieja, which is our nearest town and there are many shops,restaurants,discos and a casino. There is everything you cold possibly want here,also you can have a nice quiet relaxing holiday by our two swimming pools if thats what you want.
