Halcyon Villa has been featured as front cover and centre pages in the Mail on Sunday. This idyllic property has the perfect location being close to many beautiful beaches and only 15 minutes to the cosmopolitan capital of Ibiza town. Sant Josep itself is a pretty and charming village with several great restaurants a supermarket and some lovely local shops. The house itself is surrounded by large gardens, lawns, palm trees & a fruit garden ,with views to the sea and the countryside. The fabulous pool is framed by a large sun terrace with superb night lighting and top of the range sunbeds. Behind the house is the imposing mountain of 'Sa Talaia' a stunning vista of the entire island. We can offer you 'in-house' dining, with a wonderful selection of menus for those evenings when you just want to relax and be pampered in beautiful surroundings. This year we can offer air conditioning and hair dryers! There is regular maid service. Rental rates based on 10. Reductions maybe offered for smaller groups. Sant Josep is one of the most beautiful villages on Ibiza and is ideally located in the southern part of the island. The village offers some lovely little boutiques and shops and attractive cafe/bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket, banks, post office and chemist. Only 15 minutes from Ibiza Town. It is the perfect base for chilling out either at the house, or by car just minutes from several lovely beaches such as Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Jondal, not to mention some super restaurants. KM5 - 5 MINUTES Blue Marlin - 10 minutes Cala Conta - 10 minutes Jockey Club, Salinas - 15 minutes Porroig - 15 minutes The house has a large modern kitchen fitted with granite work surfaces, an American fridge freezer, dishwasher and double oven. Outside is a large BBQ, long table with seating for 10 plus, with a fabulous shaded dining area offering views across the countryside to the sea. The vast circular master bedroom enjoys its own balcony, large en-suite bathroom and almost 360 degree views. There is one King sized bed and two Queen sized beds. The Four poster bedroom downstairs also has a private terrace with sea views. The bathrooms light and contemporary each with a bath and shower. The house has a large, spacious open plan living area with a circular shaped sitting room featuring a wide screen TV. This leads directly into the dining area and attractive arched doors out to the sun terrace, garden and pool. The pool and garden have wonderful lighting for atmospheric evenings outside.

The large attractively shaped and newly tiled pool is approx 12m x 5m & surrounded by lush lawn (quite unusual in Ibiza). Close by are several beautiful beaches, our favourites, Cala Conta, Cala Basa, Ses Boques nr Es Cubells (good little restaurant), Cala Hort (spectacular sunsets on the beach & on the cliffs above). Good family resorts are Cala Vadella & Cala Moli, shallow water, restaurants & amenities. Breakfast is available on request, & should you like to take it easy around the house during the evening we can provide you with an evening meal with waitress service.
