Located away from the tourist hubbub, in a tranquil area inland on the outskirts of the village of Tahiche, but still only 5 minutes drive from áll the action´of the lovely, up-market coastal resort of Costa Teguise, its golden beaches, water sports, many restaurants, bars and shops. Well located for easy access to any part of the Island. Two miles from the Costa Teguise Golf, Lanzarote´s only 18 hole golf course - club hire, etc. available.

Our very comfortable luxury, private, detached, modern, 3 bedroomed villa is on two floors. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with wall to wall fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and safe. Patio doors open onto a huge roof terrace with extra sun-beds, table and chairs. There is also a twin bedroom and large bathroom. Downstairs, there is a lovely, large, bright, sunny lounge with satellite TV (including SKY SPORTS and many other programmes), video, radio and multi-CD player. There is a second double bedroom and separate large bathroom with shower cabinet. The kitchen/dinner is large and fully equipped (oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, juicer, etc.). A utility room houses a dish washer, automatic washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside, within the walled private gardens is a solar and electrically heated swimming pool 6m x 2.7m approx., comfortably padded loungers and chairs, tables, sun umbrellas, with both open and covered terraced areas. To help you relax further whilst sunbathing, there is a pool bar with fridge. Also a terrace cloakroom. A covered area beside the main terrace and pool is great for alfresco dining with its own table and padded chairs. Also two very popular BBQs are close by. This property is lovingly owner-managed and we will meet and greet you on arrival at the villa with champagne (or a cup of tea if you prefer!!) and a welcome pack. If you wish, we can offer our recommendations and information on places to visit, restaurants, etc. on our beautiful Island home of Lanzarote. We are always only a ´phone call away should you need any information, help or advice - your enjoyment is our pleasure! Maid service and linen change is weekly. Bathroom towels are changed, the pool is cleaned and the gardens watered twice weekly. Beach/pool towels are provided. CAR HIRE - Is recommended in Lanzarote and is very inexpensive (from approx. £90 fully incl.). Getting to this Villa in Costa Teguise, Tahiche Village

A car is recommended for our villa and to let you make the most of the Island. Only about 15-20 minutes drive from Lanzarote´s airport, we can arrange for a hire car to meet you there, or make your own hire car arrangements, if you wish. We will send you detailed directions for the easy drive from airport to villa, where we will meet you. Should you arrive after dark, we will meet you at the airport.
