Open all year with many friendly shops, cafes, bars and a local market once a week. Calpe is renowned for its local fish at the quay side or eat in one of the many fish resturants. Terra Mitca is 20 minutes drive away being one of the largest theme parks in Europe many rides to suit all ages, also Aqua Landia a water park or Mundomar (Sea World) for a more relaxed outing.

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a quiet residential building with lift to all floors. The building and can only accessed via a locked door leading into foyer. Many of the tenants are in perminant residence and although this is first line to the beach it is quieter than a total hotal apartment block. There are supermarkets and bars and some excellent resturants only minutes from the location, parking is available.
