This villa is situated in the famous 5* La Manga Club. The luxury 3 bed, 2 bath, air-conditioned villa is built on 2 levels. The bedrooms are downstairs with French doors leading to a large terrace from the main bedroom. Very cool in summer. Fully re-furbished to a very high standard in 2006. With vaulted ceilings & fans in the living room & air-conditioning throughout, this villa is bright & airy. The 1st floor living area has 2 terraces: 1 with built-in barbecue & both have seating for outdoor dining. There are panoramic views from this villa both from the living area & the BBQ terrace. There is also a large roof terrace with sun loungers for topping up that tan in private, while taking in the views of the Mar Menor & the Mediterranean sea beyond. La Manga club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses, a par 47 pitch and putt course, 28 tennis courts. This is the winter facility for the LTA. Swimming: The Oasis leisure pool, next to the tennis centre, is the centrepiece of La Manga Club and is open to all guests, offering a stunning location to while away hours on one of the numerous sun loungers under palm fronted sunshades. The swimming centre is made up of three pools of varying depths for toddlers, children and the main swimming pool, all serviced by the Oasis cafe/bar. Our villa is only a few minutes from the Tennis/Oasis centre. There is also a pool just outside our villa so all the family can swim & relax on the loungers or pop back to the villa in seconds. La Manga's own private beach cove 'La Cala', offers a more picturesque setting for swimming and snorkelling with its own beach-side restaurant and bar specialising in locally caught sea food. There is a courtesy bus available within the resort any time (dial 9).Situated between two seas, La Manga Club has its water sports centre based on the Mar Menor Lagoon. The shallow water is perfect for water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Tuition is available & equipment hire. The centre also allows you to try your hand at jet skiing, and boat trips are available from the harbour to explore the Mar Menor. The historic port of Cartagena is onlya 20 mins drive with it faciniting roman ruins & numerous shops and restaurants, There are several tour buses operating from opposite the station & the port & also a boast trip around the harbour with commentry in english.
