This stunning 2 bed apartment is situated only 1 hours drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports, and has easy access to several nearby towns that are only a 10 minute drive away - Moraira and Javea. Impressively furnished apartment sleeps 4, comprising of a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom with 2 singles. Both have good sized wardrobes and bedside units for plenty of storage. Large lounge/dining room comprises of air conditioning (hot and cold), TV/DVD and some Sky Channels. Patio doors open onto a large terrace over looking the Sierra Bernia valley. Terrace also has patio table, 4 chairs and parasol. Fully tiled, spacious bathroom has a large shower, toilet, and wash basin. Linen and towels are provided but guests need to bring their own beach towels. Car parking is directly outside the property. Complex consists of 2 large swimming pools 100 meters away. The upper infinity pool contains showers and a bistro for snacks. This also has internet access. The lower larger pool offers lots of space and a life guard. Moraira, El Portet, Javea and Denia have beautiful sandy beaches that are close to all amenities. You will find many different restaurants to choose from aswell as a beautiful marina and many shops. Cots / high chairs can be hired if required. On arrival a small welcome pack can be arranged if wanted. Please note you will need to pay €70 to cover cleaning and change over direct to representative,along with a security deposit of €150.00 which will be returned after the apartment has been checked. A non refundable deposit of £100.00 will secure a booking and the final amount must be paid 8 weeks before date of departure.

The beaches here are beautiful and Playa Moraig is Benitachell's own beach that is very popular and has a beach bar and stunning views. Lirios is a new shopping complex which also has bars, restaurants, local shops including a bank that is only 2 minutes away by car or a little longer if you fancy an evening stroll. The views in this area are spectacular both day and night. There is a Clinica Assitel (medical Center) only a 5 minute drive away and is open 24 hours.(English spoken) Spain is famous for its many festivals that go on throughout the year, are very colourful and well worth a visit. Calpe and Denia are only 25 minutes away by car, so there is much to choose from in the surrounding area. There are theme, safari and water parks only 30 minutes away in the lively resort of Benidorm. Choice of golf courses with Javea being the nearest.
