Large detached villa in private grounds. The property has one double and two twin bedded rooms and two bathrooms. This villa is spacious and has a large balcony and terraces for dining outside. We also have a garden with lawn area and beached pool suitable for young children and elderly. The villa is in a prime position with sea view and convenient for all amenities. Golf courses, tennis courts, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach are within walking distance. There is also a health club just three minutes walk from the villa. This is a private residential area with all amenities very close by it is therefore not always necessary to hire a car-unless on a daily basis for traveling as local taxis are easily available. Beaches vary and are in walking distance and others a short taxi, bus or car ride. This property has private space and distanced from other properties and the pool is secluded. There is a large airconditioning /heating unit for the living area. The bedrooms are fitted with quiet ceiling fans and there is a portable cool/hot air unit. The downstairs bedrooms have radiators. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. There is an iron and board, kettle, toasters, and coffee maker in addition to the things on the list. Linen and towels are provided but please bring beach towels. Cleaning for arrival and departure but daily maid service is extra on request. We have 2 cots, 2 highchairs and a pushchair. A welcome pack is provided.
