The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooking hob, microwave, pans, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, washing machine, iron & board and clothes horses. There is one double bedroom and one bedroom with a bunk bed which can be made into twin beds. There is also a foldaway cot. In addition, there are two foldaway beds with matresses for larger lettings. There are wardrobes and drawers. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Outside there is a private garden (one of only four on the complex)which has two patios including garden furniture (table, chairs and loungers). There are also communal gardens. The communal pool is split in two,a large pool and a paddling pool for children and there is a sunbathing area. The pool is exclusively for the use of 'La Sabina' residents. Arenal's beautiful beach is a short walk away.
