Utility room with washing machine. Bath towels are provide. Outside there is a large communal pool with jacuzzi and outdoor showers and lovely gardens. Private tennis court, reserved parking bay and secure gated entry. Shops, banks, restaurants, bars etc are a short 4km drive away in Puerto de Mazarron
