DescriptionSanta Lucia is a lovely single storey two bedroom villa with it's own private and secluded garden. It is part of a small, well kept community of villas set around a beautiful communal garden with a swimming pool. The villa has one twin bedroom and one twin/double, a bath/shower, and an open plan, well equipped kitchen, (including microwave and washing machine), living room with sofa bed, TV/Video and CD player and dining area with open fire. The garden is nicely secluded, planted with palms, bougainvillea and hibiscus. It has an outside terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. On arrival all guests will receive a complimentary welcome pack containing some basic food items and a bottle of wine to toast the beginning of your holiday! We also provide comprehensive information about the villa, maps and directions to local amenities. Laundry is changed and the villa cleaned on a weekly basis, and our representatives in Denia are available in case of emergancy.
