Description3 Bed Villa with large private pool. Completed in August 2004, this new Villa is situated on the newly constructed Mar Menor Golf Resort. The golf is open with a 70 room Hotel, spa and supermarket facilities The Villa has 3 large bedrooms, the master has a kingsize bed and is ensuite, with the other 2 having twin beds. There is also a toilet/shower room on both the first and ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen and utility area is also in the Villa. Outside there is a terrace downstairs with table and chairs for 6 as well as sun loungers and deckchairs. Upstairs there is a balcony. All linen and towels are provided as well as some beach towels. The large 8x4 pool can be used from May to late October. Air conditioning is installed throughout the Villa (some have only downstairs air con)and comes at an extra charge, and heating for cooler months is also available. Parking on a drive comes with the property. We do have more than one villa available so please enquire regarding your needs and we will see if we can accommodate. 2 bed properties are available too.
