Bedroom 2 with Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, balcony with small table and 2 chairs. Double bed settee in lounge. Bathrooms: 1st floor Bathroom with bath, shower, wc, bidet. Ground floor WC. Kitchen semi open area, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, ironing board, toaster, full crockery and kitchen utensils etc. Utility Room: Rear Utility room, with washing machine, dryer rail etc. Living Rooms: Large Sitting/Dining room with TV, DVD, Radio CD player, dining table. Double bed settee and a 2 seater settee. Patio table, chairs, parasol and BBQ, sun on patio all day. All bedding and towels provided. Sorry no pets are allowed. Notes on accommodation Air conditioning to the ground floor, ceiling fans in bedrooms. This is a lovely well kept house, the communal pool makes for a welcome cool down in the summer. There is a supermarket, 2 Spanish bars serving a varied choice of meals and snacks all situated on the development. Children play area (unsupervised). Large pool complex with childrens kiddy pool area (supervised by life guard) in height of summer. Main pool open from June thru October, smaller pool open all year. Coast/Beach Beach in Calla d'Or 25 min walk, but the regular bus service from outside development to and from beach every half hour takes 4mins. Main tourist beaches in Campello 5 mins by car. Golf Golf course of Bonalba within 10mins drive and other courses along the coast near Benidorm 20 mins by car. Travel Alicante is the nearest airport approx 15km away from the complex on the dual carriage way, local bus and taxi service is available outside the arrivals hall. Car hire is available at the airport from several companies
