Our villa is South facing, giving all day sun, Summer and Winter. It is in a quiet gated complex and only ten minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants and La Zenia Boulevard. There is a balcony off the master bedroom and a roof-top solarium with sun loungers where all day sun can be enjoyed in privacy. The wonderful beaches of Playa Flamenca are fifteen minutes walk. The villa is fully equipped with free internet, TV, washing machine and kitchen. The gated pool area is 20m away and is exclusive to residents and guests only. The covered terrace at the front has seating and a BBQ, perfect for outdoor evening cooking and relaxing. All the local golf courses are within ten minutes drive.There is also private car parking at the villa.
