My spacious 820 sq ft apartment in Cala En Porter is available to rent for 2021 , it has two Large bedrooms , one with Kingsize bed , the other twin beds . The apartment has recently been re-vamped and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom /shower , utility room with washing machine . Large lounge dining room , with WiFi , stunning countryside views from the large balcony/terrace perfect for al fresco dining, and watching the amazing sunsets ... The apartment has some luxurious touches using quality top end furnishings and fittings throughout . The huge swimming pool is shared by only 5 other apartments so there is a good chance you may have it to yourselves ! The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the magnificent beach of Cala En Porter( , the many restaurants/ bars , shops / local supermarkets are also less than 5 minutes walk away from where the apartment is situated in a private cul de sac complete with exclusive off road parking .The incredible coves de xroi are also a few minutes away . Linen and apartment towels (not beach) are provided and are renewed weekly , pool loungers are provided .CHECK IN FROM: 3pm (unless prior notification etc) CHECK OUT:10am , (unless a later check out requested depending on next guest arrival etc ) Deposit is 50% then 8 weeks before holiday balance is then due . There is also a fully refunded breakages deposit of £100 which is refunded immediately to your bank card after your departure and my housekeeper has completed a visual check .
